Optional care days this fall at preschools

Families planning to use City preschool services on the days when primary schools are on fall break — Oct. 22, 23 and 26, and between Christmas and New Year's — must register their children separately. Registration is open Sept. 10–20.

Good neighbors, safe city

Neighborhood watch is a collaborative program of Reykjavík City, the police, and residents to prevent crime. Neighborhood watch is essential for reducing break-ins while also bringing people together to create safer, more welcoming communities.
